For a client in Amsterdam, I am looking for a Freelance Senior Azure Data Engineer.
Function
We are looking for an experienced Azure Data Engineer with expertise in ETL processes, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Python, and SQL for one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines within a modern Azure environment. You will build scalable and efficient ETL solutions, integrate data from various sources, and utilize Databricks and Azure Data Factory to process and transform large datasets. Additionally, you will play a key role in improving data quality, security, and performance by applying best practices and advanced optimization techniques.
You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to enable data-driven insights and further automate existing processes. With your expertise in Python and SQL, you will develop efficient and reusable data solutions while leveraging performance tuning and cloud-native architectures to maximize data potential.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Data Engineer.
• Azure Data Factory;
• Data bricks;
• ETL.
Offer
• 32 – 40 hours per week;
• 6 month contract;
• Starting this month;
• Hybride.
